Our brand new and elegantly appointed villas include all the creature comforts you enjoy at home and are appointed as follows:

GREAT ROOM

Each large great room is furnished with a leather sofa and love seat, coffee and end tables, sofa table, entertainment center, large color TV, CD, and DVD player, large dining room table plus extension and 6 leather chairs. Lights on the ceiling fan are set on a dimmer switch. Wall mirrors, tasteful framed wall art, silk plants and other accessories are also provided throughout the villa.

KITCHEN

Each kitchen is fully equipped for your convenience, including a side-by-side refrigerator with water and ice dispensers on the door, electric stove/oven or smooth-top stove and oven, microwave and dishwasher. Small appliances include a coffee maker, toaster oven and blender. Service for eight, glasses and cutlery, pots and pans, plastic ware, dish towels, etc. are also provided, along with a set of plastic dishes, bowls and glasses for the patio. A local telephone line is provided with portable phone. KOSHER KITCHEN OPTION AVAILABLE ON REQUEST.

MASTER BEDROOM SUITE

Each master bedroom suite is spacious and elegantly furnished in Mission Style. Furnishings include a queen size bed with Therapeutic-style memory foam mattresses, two nightstands, a large dresser, a comfortable rocking chair or upholstered sitting chair and an alarm clock-radio. The two smaller villas each have a bay window in the master suite that overlooks the patio and out to the back yard. The master suite in the larger villa has a sliding glass door that provides direct access to the fully extended, covered patio. Each master suite features a large walk-in closet, a vanity with dual sinks, medicine cabinet and large, enclosed walk-in shower. The largest villa includes, in addition, a Roman tub in the master bath, a make-up vanity and an oversize walk-in closet. All linens and towels are provided.

GUEST BEDROOM

Each guest bedroom is furnished with two twin beds (which can be converted into a king-size bed) with down quilts and Therapeutic-style memory foam mattresses, a night table and lamp and a large high-quality dresser or chest of drawers. Each bedroom also has a large closet with lots of hangers.

DEN

Each den is furnished with a love seat, rocking chair, desk, chair coffee table and floor lamp. One of the smaller villas also has an antique piano in the den. An additional telephone line is provided in the den for dial-up internet (eg. AOL) connectivity. High-speed internet connection is available.

PATIOS

Each back patio is fully covered and extended. Back patios have 10-piece patio sets including a glass table top with 4 chairs, 2 additional chairs with ottomans and a small table.
In addition, the golf course villa has a covered front patio with a 3-piece bistro set including 2 metal chairs and a small bistro-style table.

GUEST BATH

Each guest bath has a tub and shower and tasteful appointments.

LAUNDRY

The laundry room has an electric washer and dryer and more than ample overhead cabinet space. There is a garage door opener, and the landscaping is watered automatically with an irrigation system set on a timer.

These villas have been furnished with EVERYTHING that we would need and want to make this our "home away from home." We are sure that you will be happy with it as well.
