           1. Your Name (First, Last)
           2. Your Email Address
           3. Your Phone number (and a 2nd Phone number if available)
           4. Name of Unit you are reserving (206, 707 or Golf Course)
           5. Arrival and Departure Dates
           6. How you prefer that we contact you – email or phone

Please note that reservations are confirmed only after full payment due has been received and occupancy agreement has been signed and returned.
